REACH – SVHC Report

The document is a test report issued by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. on May 22, 2024, for BURGEREE NEW TECH JIANGSU CO., LTD., located at NO.46 Xinggang Road, Bixi Street, Changshu.

 

The product tested is a light grey polyester fiber panel with a thickness of 24 mm. The tests requested were according to EN 13501-1:2018 for fire classification of construction products and building elements, using data from reaction to fire tests, specifically EN 13823:2020+A1:2022 and EN ISO 11925-2:2020.

Key results include a Fire Growth Rate (FIGRA) of 68.2 W/s, Total Heat Release in 600 seconds (THR600s) of 2.9 MJ, Smoke Growth Rate (SMOGRA) of 4.7 m²/s², and Total Smoke Production in 600 seconds (TSP600s) of 39.8 m². There were no flaming particles or droplets, vertical flame spread, or ignition of the filter paper. The classification of the product is B-s1, d0, indicating its fire behaviour, smoke production, and flaming droplets performance.

This classification is valid for indoor wall sound absorption decoration, with substrates classified as A1 or A2, mechanically fixed, and with no joints. The classification does not represent type approval or certification and is specific to the samples tested. The report was signed by Echo Li, an approved signatory from SGS-CSTC.
